We value your satisfaction, and if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our refund and return policy is outlined below for your convenience.

Ensure the return is made within 14 days of receiving an online order or purchasing in-store, with all items unworn and retaining their original tags. 

All Notdam products are illegible for return as explained on item listings. 

 

In-Store Purchases:


We offer store credit equal to 100% of your purchase, allowing you to find something you’ll truly love in the future. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not provide refunds for in-store purchases. 

Please note, without the actual receipt of the purchased goods, we are unable to issue a refund. 

 

Online Orders:


Returns and replacements are accepted. For all returns, you have two options:

(1) Refund to your original form of payment less a 10% fee for card processing and repackaging. Once a product leaves our store, it can no longer be resold as brand-new and must be discounted at least 15%. Additionally, the fee helps cover payment processing and shipping costs.

(2) Opt for 100% store credit

 

Steps for Returning Your Online Order

Step 1: Start a refund request on the customer portal. Alternatively, you can email us with your order number in the subject line, indicating a need for a refund (belle@etude.boutique). 

Step 2: Confirm whether you’d like a refund or store credit.

Step 3: We will issue a return label to your account. Securely seal the product in its original packaging. Please ensure it is well-protected. We will not be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

Once we receive the item back in our store, we will issue the refund to your account.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Belle Beauty LLC, 450 S. Western Ave. #220 Los Angeles, CA 90020.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Etude Boutique, accessible from Shopetudeboutique.com

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return or an exchange, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods were not used or damaged

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
